Add liquids first: Pour the milk into the blender. This helps the blades catch everything and blend smoothly.
Layer the rest: Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, oats, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Add fruit and ice: Toss in the chopped apple, frozen banana, and 1/2 cup of ice to start.
Blend until smooth: Start on low, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds. If it’s too thick, add more milk.
If it’s too thin, add more ice.
Taste and adjust: If you want more sweetness, blend in maple syrup or honey a teaspoon at a time.
Serve right away: Pour into a tall glass. For a little flair, dust the top with a pinch of cinnamon.
