Add liquids first: Pour the milk into your blender. This helps the blades pull everything down smoothly.
Layer the rest: Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, frozen raspberries, and white chocolate.
Blend until smooth: Start on low, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds. If it’s too thick, splash in more milk.
If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes or a bit more frozen fruit.
