Add liquids first: Pour the milk into the blender.

Add creamy base: Spoon in the Greek yogurt. It thickens the shake and boosts protein.
Layer in the fruit: Add the frozen strawberries and banana. If your banana is fresh, consider adding a few ice cubes.
Protein and extras: Add the protein powder, chia or flax (if using), vanilla extract, and a small pinch of salt.
Sweeten to taste: Drizzle in honey or maple syrup only if you need it.
A ripe banana may be sweet enough.
Blend until smooth: Start on low, then move to high for 30–45 seconds. Scrape down the sides if needed and blend again.
Adjust texture: Too thick? Add a splash more milk.
Too thin? Add a few more frozen strawberries or a couple of ice cubes and blend again.
